About TMT Bar Shot Blasting Machine
Step 1: Loading
TMT bars are loaded onto the feeding rollers or bar conveyor.
Step 2: Shot blasting
Rotating blast wheels throw steel shots onto the bars at high velocity. The impact cleans the ribbed surface and removes loose rust and scale.
Step 3: Shot recovery
Used steel shots fall into a hopper and are returned through the recovery conveyor and bucket elevator.
Step 4: Separation
The separator removes dust and broken abrasive so reusable steel shots can return to the blast wheels.
Step 5: Discharge
The cleaned TMT bars leave the machine for inspection and the next production process.
