The Rubber Belt conveyor type stone texturing machine is best suitable for the shot blasting of Stone/Paver Blocks.etc. It consists of inlet and outlet side Rubber Belt conveyors as material handling systems. The components to be blasted are placed on inlet side of the rubber belt conveyor, from where it travels forward and enters into the inlet vestibule tunnel. After passing through the inlet vestibule tunnel components enters into the blast zone which consists of 1 number of Blast Wheel. All these Blast wheel units are strategically placed around the Blast cabinet. Blast wheels fires the abrasive at optimum velocity on the forward moving components & blast cleans them thoroughly from upper surface. Blasted material moves forward and enters into the outlet vestibule tunnel. At outlet side for cleaning/removal of the stagnated shots lying on the upper surface of the blasted material, one no. of High pressure Blow-Off unit is provided. The spent abrasive from blasting operation after passing through the perforated rubber belt conveyor & perforated floor plates will get collected into the cabinets bottom storage hopper. From where it is transferred to the bucket elevator, which elevate the abrasive vertically and discharges the same into a media separation unit where dust and fine abrasives are cleaned ensuring that only clean abrasive will re-circulate to the blast wheel units for effective and better cleaning. A Dust collection system is provided with the machine which will continuously remove the dust and fine particles, thus keeping the inside of the machine and the nearby environment dust & pollution free
