Blast wheels (24 turbines) rotate at very high speed.
They throw steel shots / steel grit onto the spring surface.

Effects:
Removes rust and mill scale
Cleans surface for painting
Creates compressive stress that increases fatigue life of the spring.
After hitting the springs, steel shots fall to the bottom hopper.
Recovery process:
Screw conveyor collects the shots.
Bucket elevator lifts them upward.
Air separator removes dust and broken particles.
Clean shots return to the blast wheels for reuse.
This creates a continuous recycling system.
Dust and fine particles go to a dust collector (bag filter).
Clean air is released outside the machine.
After passing through the chamber, the conveyor moves the cleaned springs out.
Springs are ready for inspection, painting, or assembly.
