It consists of inlet and outlet side Rollerconveyors as material handling systems. The components to be blasted are placedon inlet side of the roller conveyor, from where it travels forward and entersinto the inlet tunnel. After passing through the inlet tunnel components entersinto the blast zone which consists of 4 nos of Blast Wheels. All these Blast wheel units are strategically placedaround the Blast cabinet. The arrangement of the blast wheel ensures optimum blastcleaning and maximum utilization of the abrasive energy. Blast wheels fires the abrasive at high velocity onthe forward moving components & blast cleans them thoroughly. Blastedmaterial moves forward and enters into the outlet tunnel. The spent abrasivefrom blasting operation after passing through the perforated floor plates willget collected into the cabinets bottom storage hopper. From where it istransferred to the bucket elevator, which elevate the abrasivevertically and discharges the same into a media separation unit where dust andfine abrasives are cleaned ensuring that only clean abrasive will re-circulateto the blast wheel units for effective and better cleaning. A Dust collectionsystem is provided with the machine which will continuously remove the dust andfine particles, thus keeping the inside of the machineand the nearby environment dust & pollution free.
