Shot Blasting Machine for Structure cleaning-
For Cleaning the different type of structures/H-Beams/I-Beams/ Channels roller conveyor type shot blasting machines are used. These types of machines have a passage opening larger than the size of the job. So that job can be easily passed through the tunnel of the roller conveyor type machine. Roller conveyors are provided at both inlet & outlet Side of the machine, for handling the component.
This type of machines generally works as under-
Machine consists of inlet and outlet side Roller conveyors as material handling systems. The components to be blasted are placed on inlet side of the roller conveyor, from where it travels forward and enters into the inlet tunnel. After passing through the inlet tunnel components enters into the blast zone which consists of 2/3/4/6/8 no's of Blast Wheels.
** (Note- Machine comes with 6/8/10/12 Wheel (i.e. Rotor) Options, selection mainly depends upon the Component size, Production Output & surfaces to be blasted)
All these Blast wheel units are strategically placed around the Blast cabinet. The arrangement of the blast wheel ensures optimum blast cleaning and maximum utilization of the abrasive energy. Blast wheels fires the abrasive at high velocity on the forward moving components & blast cleans them thoroughly. Blasted material moves forward and enters into the outlet tunnel. At outlet side for cleaning/removal of the stagnated shots lying on the blasted material High pressure Blow-Off unit is provided.
The spent abrasive from blasting operation after passing through the perforated floor plates will get collected into the cabinet's bottom storage hopper. From where it is transferred to the bucket elevator, which elevate the abrasive vertically and discharges the same into a media separation unit where dust and fine abrasives are cleaned ensuring that only clean abrasive will re-circulate to the blast wheel units for effective and better cleaning. A Dust collection system is provided with the machine which will continuously remove the dust and fine particles, thus keeping the inside of the machine and the nearby environment dust & pollution free.
